With seven kids, this is the largest single-family we’ve had the pleasure of photographing here in beautiful Breckenridge and it couldn’t have been more fun!
The Giltners paid us a visit from Texas and come to find out, have been vacationing out here since before their eldest was born. They lovingly call this town their family’s “special place”. In fact, they love Breckenridge so much, they named their oldest daughter Breck! How sweet is that?!
Our perfectly-summer session took place on Boreas Mountain, just outside of town. The whole drive up to the location there is a lovely view of the 10 mile range, before reaching this flower-drenched field set in front of a gorgeous forrest backdrop. If you look close enough, you can even see a deer hopping through the background of a few of the photos! Our cloudy afternoon was made bright with lots of smiles, hugs, and pure laughter. These guys were really a hoot to be around and the siblings especially shared such a special bond.We loved that we got to capture them in a place so special to them; a similar story for so many of the sweet families we get to work with on their annual vacation.
